  • There are 3 main parts to growing and maintaining healthy hair. They are 1. hydration 2. stimulation 3. inside health

  • 1. Hydration 
- You should deep condition every Monday and Friday!
- You can daily condition also with a small amount of oil in your ends. Such as coconut oil or argan oil.
-To deep condition, massage your hair and scalp with a little bit of warm oil(coconut oil or castor are great). Leave overnight
