  • Before I tell you this is good for:

    - Cholesterol ❤️ LDL AND HDL 
    -blood 👍🏻
    -weight loss👙
    -cleans your stomach 


  • Ingredients:

    Has to be green apple and either lemon or lime and oats it's healthier for protein optional.
    *just add losts of green fruits and vegetables*

    1/2 apple 🍏
    1 whole lime/lemon 🍋
    3table spoons of oats *optional*
    1/3 of cucumber 
    Fill it with water 
    One kiwi

    If you don't have these items. you can either do green vegetable, celery is really helpful (1/2) but it's only a least 4 items of fruits or  Veggies. 

  • This could be drank better when starving after extersice just add oats and and Instead of water add any healthy milk.

    *when starving wait 20-40 min before eating (so you have to be hungry again)

  • I honestly done this and got me healthier 
    This is really simple try this.
