  • All you need is a sharpie &wood craft sticks! All you need to do is simply write exercises, EXAMPLE: Burpees, Mountain Climbers, Jumping jacks, Jump Rope, and planks. Make sure you write a good variety of the different types of exercises. EVEN HARD STUFF TOO. Close eye and pull 4 or 5 from pile.
