Frozen Strawberry Lemonade

For the strawberry jam:
-10 medium strawberries
-1 tablespoon of chia seeds
-4 tablespoons of water
-2 tablespoons of honey (or your preferred sweetener)
For the lemonade part:
-1 can of lemon juice concentrate (or 12 ounces of fresh lemon juice)
-1 cup of milk
-2 to 3 cups of ice
*Optional: sugar or other sweeteners as this is extremely sour
You'll also need a glass jar to store extra strawberry jam in, a blender, and a freezable container
To make the strawberry jam, let the 1 tbs of chia seeds soak in the 4 tbs of water for ten minutes. In the meantime, go ahead and wash the strawberries and pull off the green top.
After ten minutes, just blend them together and that's it. Add more chia seeds if you want the jam to be a thicker consistency. Pour the jam into the glass jar and refrigerate.
To make the lemonade, freeze the 12 ounces of lemon juice. You can even do this in an ice tray to make this easier. After the lemon juice is frozen, mush it up a little bit with a fork so it's easier to blend. Add in the cup of milk and 2 to 3 cups of ice. Now would be the time to add in any optional sweeteners. Blend this up
In a cup, pour in the lemon mixture and some if the strawberry jam. How much of the jam you put in is completely up to you as this is to an individual's preference. I layered mine in a little mason jar. Also, with the extra lemon mixture, you can freeze it and eat it like a sorbet. Hope you enjoy!
