  • Add the beef bouillon cubes & cup of water to onions + 1/2 cup of water. The flour will stick to bottom of pan, that's supposed to happen. After you put water in, scrape the bottom of the pan until the browned flour comes up & mix in. Continue to cook on low for 30 minutes.
