1)Pick your fruit...I bought strawberries, bananas, mangos, oranges, raspberries, and blueberries.
2)Cut into chunks...about an inch, no bigger.
3)Bag...decide how much you want to portion. 4-6 oz bags will do.
4)Any two bags+one scoop protein+8 oz milk in the blender=a healthy, tasty breakfast!
