Four Ingredient Baked Spinach Dip Recipe

  • Ingredients:
    250 g pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese {room temperature}
    2 cups Tex Mex Shredded Cheese {reserve 1/2 cup}
    100 g Chopped Frozen Spinach {defrosted}
    1 cup Sour Cream
    1 tsp minced garlic {optional}

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients well. Tip: squeeze most of the water out of the spinach before adding it to the cheese.

    Scoop the mixture into a small, oven safe casserole dish. Top with the reserved shredded cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

  • Serve hot out of the oven with Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips.
