TEA! green tea or herbal, especially yerba mate try to avoid sweet tea, even though it's DELICIOUS
ginger this is why it is served with sushi, helps stomach digest. (that pink stuff thats beside the wasabi) actually not found in most Ginger ale, just a placebo... so it will work as long as you don't look that word up lol
avoid acidic foods like citrus fruits, tomatoes, blueberries, strawberries, and pineapple. also stay away from junk food and alcoholic beverages 🍸
