  • Juice is mostly artificially flavored and processed with added sugar. Over eating is bad when trying to lose weight. So put it this way. It takes about 6 whole oranges to make 1 cup of juice. Idk about you but I get full off of 2. Stick with eating fruits and restrict yourself to water.

  • As said before. NO juices are good. And specifically Gatorade/powerade/vitamin water have sugar that absorb your fat and make you gain weight. So if you're not goin to excersize everyday and and expect to gain weight. Stay far away.
