  • When cycling put your bike on a lower gear to get the cardio work out but no bulky thighs

  • Exercise early in the morning, before breakfast for more motivation and to prevent a "stitch"

  • Change your workout each time. Eg. Plan what you do each week and change it up regarding the route you take and what type of things you do.

  • Running plans help. This was custom made for me by my coach but they can be downloaded from the runners world app

  • Stretch after exercise while your warm for more flexibility. But keep warm and do it twice it will help with flexibility and its a fast way to get your splits
