Garlic Pasta with Vegetables
1 cup (250 mL) Old El Paso* Thick N' Chunky Salsa
2 tbsp (25 mL) chopped parsley or fresh cilantro (optional)
In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Brown chicken for about 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in pasta & vegetables.
Cover; reduce heat to medium. Simmer for about 7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
Stir in salsa and heat through. Stir in parsley, if desired.
