To ensure you stay on track with eating right, set aside one night (I do this on Sunday nights) to prep and cook all your meals and snacks for the week. I use the cheap plastic Chinese containers from the $2, as these are a great size for portion control too. Its great not having to cook everynight
By preparing your meals in advance, you can ensure you stay in track. Being too tired from work to cook, all you need to do is heat and eat!! Ensuring you don't order cheap crap takeaway with no nutrition value what so ever.
