  • You don't need to go out and buy super expensive baby shampoo,  you can if you want but this one was $1.48 at Walmart i think. but anyways, first step pour desired amount into one bowl (amounts vary for the area you want to use this on)

  • You dont need super expensive salt either,  i just had this lying around the house. But anyways,  second step is pour desired amount of salt into a second bowl

  • You are going to need more salt than shampoo.
    I apply the shampoo first and then the salt.
    Rub on area until salt has dryed, falling off in clumps or until you can, no longer stand it.
    it is messy so do over a sink or in the shower (:
