Excellent Way To Make Hair Healthier
If you're prone to split ends, breakage, dandruff, wirey or dry hair, this I an excellent way to keep it under control.
It's pretty much a great remedy to treat almost all hair problems, restore your locks to their natural condition and assist in healthy growth whilst treating your scalp.
Take note, if you're hair has outstanding bleach or heat damage, it will help a lot but it's not a magic spell that will automatically fix the damage. In this case consider a trim to accompany treatment and assist with hair management.
What you will need:
2 egg yolks
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp puréed avocado
Beat all ingredients thoroughly together and you're ready.
Make sure you're wearing an old shirt as it can leave a nasty smell and an oil stain on materials.
Apply to hair evenly, make sure everything is lathered properly and massage into scalp.
Wrap and cover hair in glad wrap, a shower cap or whatever you prefer and is comfortable to you.
You will have to drape an old towel or a rag around your shoulders, as afore mentioned, the mixture runs quite easily and you don't want it dripping anywhere else.
Leave hair for as long as you like, best results is to leave it for a few hours to marinate as best as possible.
Also note, that the smell of the egg can get pretty overwhelming and will start to smell off after sometime, especially in hot weather.
To rinse out, start with slightly colder water at first as to not have the egg coagulate and semi-cook in your hair, using a little shampoo.
The better quality the shampoo and the more natural it is, the better. Don't over do it as you don't want to completely undo your efforts.
After you get as much as possible out, turn the heat up as to help lift the oil out, with a little more shampoo.
A little oil residue is alright as long as it doesn't rub onto anything. It will actually help your hair more. But the main thing to work on is removing the smell of egg as it will become quite repulsive.
When you're done, air/pat dry hair and rub a small dollop of conditioner into your ends.
You should now be left with softer, shinier and overall rejuvenated hair.
Remember that shampoos, product, dyes, straighteners et cetera lower the quality and health of your hair the more you use them. Eery so often remember to get a trim to ensure nicer, easier to manage ends and help keep shape.
