From years of various sports training here are the tips I learned that improved my body the quickest and fastest.
Water is your bestfriend
Being tan will make you look slimmer: Use self tanner everyday. It'll moisturize you skin and give you a healthy glow.
If you get caught up in work all day or have a test coming up the best thing to do is to have a short workout prior to a bedtime shower:
3*10 sets of squats
2*25 sets of full body sit-ups
40 seconds of Jumping Jacks
And the most amount of modified push-ups you can do in 30 seconds
This will get your blood flowing, make you feel less guilty, and help relieve some tension.
Finally if you expect to not be able to workout on a given day eat healthy.
Of course being a college student I understand stress eating so if gummy bears or m&m's help you get through your study sess then pull out a handful in the morning and allow yourself only that many through the whole day. 📘📖📝🍪
