  • Pain in the BUTT I know but that's alright because you can pass the time usefully. How do you do this?

  • You can wash your face of course! It's probably not too good if you leave on your face wash too long but I do about 15 squats ( doing more whenever you feel comfortable) and then I rinse off my face and do a different face wash that I use to moisturized my face and I just repeat what I did with the other step

  • Wash your face and add whatever face cream or age cream that you feel like using so your face doesn't dry out!

  • Another thing I do is I will brush my teeth while doing a wall sit I first tried counting in my head but when I counted to 30 seconds it ended up being about a minute because I was so distracted with brushing my teeth but I recommend start slowly at first and build your way up

  • My dentist told me I should brush for two minutes but ever since the wall sits I brush my teeth for about three which isn't bad! So just try not to get toothpaste all over yourself!
