Pain in the BUTT I know but that's alright because you can pass the time usefully. How do you do this?
You can wash your face of course! It's probably not too good if you leave on your face wash too long but I do about 15 squats ( doing more whenever you feel comfortable) and then I rinse off my face and do a different face wash that I use to moisturized my face and I just repeat what I did with the other step
Wash your face and add whatever face cream or age cream that you feel like using so your face doesn't dry out!
Another thing I do is I will brush my teeth while doing a wall sit I first tried counting in my head but when I counted to 30 seconds it ended up being about a minute because I was so distracted with brushing my teeth but I recommend start slowly at first and build your way up
My dentist told me I should brush for two minutes but ever since the wall sits I brush my teeth for about three which isn't bad! So just try not to get toothpaste all over yourself!
