Endive With Smoked Salmon And Boursin Cheese

--> Ingredients; -> Endive (1 endive will get you about 12 good-sized leaves) -> Boursin cheese -> Smoked salmon -> Freshly ground black pepper
--> Directions; -> Cut about 1/2 inch off the bottom of an endive spear. Start pulling off individual leaves until you get to the small leaves -> Spread each leaf with about 1 tsp of Boursin cheese -> Top it with smoked salmon -> Sprinkle pepper on top -> Enjoy
