Eczema ReliefI was diagnosed with eczema at the age of 6 weeks old. The doctor said it was the worst case he'd ever seen, especially in a infant and that wouldn't change. As I grew older It became worse, so bad that I would itch my skin with a pumice stone. At the age of 6 months old my parents came to get me out if my crib and it was filled with blood I had scratch I had scratched myself raw. It was miserable I still am sometimes. But here are some ways that calmed my skinTry to avoid really hot water such as hot tubs and really hot baths it can be warm but not hot. That always irritated my skin and it would turn red and blotchyMy eczema got in the way of physical activity because as I would sweat and run my skin would become very very bad. So I suggest you take it easy and make sure to I've yourself down when doing a sportAvoid being really hot as we'll keep your room cool at night and what I did is bring ice packs with me wherever I went along with Benadryl.Ways to calm you skin also include
Cold rags and ice packsOn top of eczema my skin doesn't produce the natural oils it should so I have to take oil baths to give my skin that nourishment it needsAfter all is said in done I am not a doctor these are not know facts or medical statements just things that have helped me
