A tip that has always worked for me is to lie on your back exactly how this pic is shown, with a good fluffy pillow and just breathe.
If you're feeling nauseous, which I do quite often, press two fingers on a wrist (doesn't matter which one) in the very middle and press firmly until nausea stops. worked in under 1 minute for me, I was very surprised!
I have a very weak stomach & I have done my fair share of research. I also know by eating saltine crackers, it settles your stomach along with some Sprite. I hope these tips help anyone who is looking up nausea & cramp remedies :) feel better!
