I just started a new diet plan and it's the best yet! It's called the blood type diet. There's a different diet plan for each blood type (A, B, AB, and O)!!! It lists foods that you should eat and avoid for each type!

You can follow this meal plan simply by downloading the app! It's $3.99 and it's available for BOTH android and iPhone. Or there's a few books you can read! The books are:
"4 Blood Types, 4 Diets, Cook Right for your Type" By: Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo
(this book has a 30 day meal plan for each type and include more than 200 recipes!)
"Eat Right 4 Your Type: The Individualized Diet Solution to Staying Healthy, Living Longer, and Achieving your Ideal Weight" by: Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo.
