Easy, Yummy Shrimp Ceviche

  • 1/2 a head of cabbage
    1 lb cooked petite shrimp
    2 jalapeños
    1/2 yellow onion
    4 limes
    1 lemon
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 tbsp garlic salt

  • Put the shrimp in a large bowl and squeeze the limes and lemon over it to start marinating.
    Finely chop the cabbage, jalapeños, & yellow onion and add to the bowl.
    Next add the salt and pepper an garlic salt.
    Mix well. Tastes best when it sat for a couple hours.
    Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy
