Easy Workout And Motivation ๐Wanna have a fit body by summer but don't know where to start? Here are a few tips on how to get that motivation๐๐๐ปYour going to be needing these free apps
"YogaAcademy" and "SWORKIT lite"
Day 1: ~Monday~
We are going to be using the yoga app, you can chose your circuit but be sure to do at least 10 minutes to start ๐Day 2: ~Tuesday~
Do at least 10 minutes of cardio. (Bike, running,sprinting, walking)
Add another 5 minutes every weekDay 3: ~Wednesday~
We are going to work on arms, if you don't have Dumbbells I like to use heavy books. It works!!
Google some arm workouts!!! They can vary from tricep dips to weights! Whatever suits you
(At least 10 mins) Day 4: ~Thursday~
LEGS!!!!!!
You can use the workout app for this!! Find your own circuit, at least 10mins!! ๐Day 5 ~ Friday~
Strength!
I do a full body strength workout or a core strength on the app SWORKIT, this gives you a variety of different workouts each week ๐ ( 10mins minimum) Day 6: ~ Saturday~
A bit of everything!!
Follow this!
I found it a fun and great workout for the last day of working out for the week!! This only takes 15 mins!! I you wish to do it more than once it's up to you!!
Day 7: ~Sunday~
REST!!!

Do this every week and put a little more effort into it every time you do this!!!!
