Here are some different ways to loose weight. It is easy and simple.
Drinking a lot of water helps💧
About 12-14 cups a day
In the morning drink lemon water. Every morning do this. The lemon water has to be a hot drink so boil water and add your lemon inside. 🍋
For work, I also suggest to have a bottle and don't be afraid to refill a million times. Also in your bottle add lemon and fruits (berries) and mint to it. It is a detox.
This should help loose belly fat but I do also recommend to eat a stable and healthy diet. Eat multiple times a day and not one big meal. BIG NO NO! Very unhealthy. Eat three meals a day. 🍽 Balance out the meats, fruits/veggies, dairy etc... Stay away from high fattening, high sugars and high sodium. Those aren't good to have a lot of.
Exercise and stay fit by:
Walking daily for a good 30-60 min🚶
Running daily for about 60 min with little intervals to catch your breath. Remember to drink lots of water.
I strongly recommend doing an extra curricular activity like swimming, yoga, Zumba/dance or a sport. Also you can join the gym if you'd like. :)
