By drinking a cup or two of water before a meal will trick your body into thinking you are fuller. :)
We must drink at least 2-3 litres of water a day, to make this easier, get 2 one litre water bottles, and put intervals of the day on it. Such as 9am 12pm 3pm and so on on each of the bottle until the night is up, when the time is reached you should have drunk that much water :)
To make water more appealing, add some lemon or lime, mint or watermelon to hangs up the flavour but it is all natural :)
