  • I dunked the basil in & out of the water. Drain the water, refill it and repeat the proses until the water comes out clean & there is no more dirt/sand collected at the bottom of the bowl. I then shake it off a bit and towel dry it to get rid of the access moisture that might cause it to mold over.

  • I then hang the bunch up to dry over my dish rack. After about a week I check on it and only finally take it down when I'm sure it is completely dry. I pick off all of the leaves and store it in a glass jar in my pantry. That's all there is to it 😊
