Easy Way To Get In Exercise * Create Your Own Workout*

You only need 3 things!
1) a sharpie or some sort of writing utensil
2) any type of jar
3) Popsicle sticks
It doesn't have to be a sharpie but I think it is easiest. Whatever you have available should work.
Use your sharpie and write exercises on the Popsicle sticks
Example: 30 curl ups
When you finish add it into the jar
There are multiple ways to use this for your workouts! 1) every time you look at the jar pull one out and do the exercises 2) it can make up your whole workout by you picking a number and that is how many Popsicle sticks you will draw. What ever is on it is now in your workout
3) if you get bored or tired of the same routinely work out mix it up by adding a few of the moves from inside your jar
