Easy Way To Fit Squats Into Your Daily Routine

So, i've been on this website for a while now, and i've seen many 'boost your booty' pages but they always tell you to take 30 min or less out of your day to work out and I always lose motivation within a week. My tip is to do your everyday routine, but add squats as a timer.
In the shower!
I shower daily, and while I shower I do squats, and I don't leave the shower unless i've done 100 squats, sometimes I do more. I've been doing this for quite some time and my thighs and butt are toned nicely. I strongly suffers starting this routine but start of at 25 squats and work your way up 5 at a time to condition your body, I did 100 first off and my thighs seized for the next 2 days😳 so start off small!
If you can't sleep or if your just going to bed, don't sit on your phone, do squats! They make you feel tired before you go to bed and you will always wake up refreshed afterwards!
In the morning!
I don't usually do squats in the morning but if i've got nothing else to do, why not. But if I do squats in the morning I feel so good all day, and who doesn't like to have a good day.
If you like to surf the web often then doing some squats during that time always works well. Sometimes I just put the phone down and watch t.v.
Anything your doing anything you can most likely fit a squat or two in there, like when you drop something pick it up in a squat position, working out young will also help your joints when your older, and helps you move more surely and gracefully, it helps built your stamina to😘, squats are an easy way to work out while multitasking, and I love it!
