  • Every night, right before bed, write down three good things that happened that day. They can be as simple as you woke up on time or something major.
    For example...
    1. I finished my homework before 9
    2. I answered a question in math class
    3. My brother didn't eat all the lucky charms.

    Keep it up for a month.

  • It works because our minds go over what happened before bed. We tend to focus on what went wrong. But thinking of good things, it prompts deeper sleep and a better attitude.
    Bonus: when your having a bad day, read your list over.
