Easy Tried & True Sweet Potato Fries

  • Ingredients needed:
    • 2-3 sweet potatoes
    • 2/3 cup olive oil
    • 2 tsp paprika
    • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into fry or wedge shapes (the thinner the cut, the faster it'll cook)
    3. Mix olive oil, paprika, and cinnamon
    4. Dip each piece into the mixture
    5. Arrange on a tray and place in the oven for 45 minutes
    *6. Take them out and flip them, putting them back in the oven for 30-45 minutes more
    *note-this is needed if your sweet potatoes are wedge shaped. If they're thin-cut, this step is not needed

  • Let the fries cool before you eat them!
