Easy No-Mess Honey Garlic Sauce - A Healthier Option!

  • 🔹4-5 garlic cloves
    🔹1/3 cup pure honey
    🔹1 TBSP coconut oil (optional)
    🔹ziploc bag

    Chop garlic in your favorite chopper till finely minced

    Coat coconut oil INSIDE the ziploc bag (I do this so the sauce can easily slide out)

    throw in the finely chopped garlic into the coated bag first, then add the honey.

    Close bag immediately, wet wipe all excess honey.

    Refrigerate for 1 week to achieve maximum flavour.

    When ready to use, snip off 1/2 inch from the corner of the ziploc bag.

    Pour on desired meat before cooking, while cooking and even after cooking.

    - fish/seafood

    🔹best cooking methods
    - bake chicken or pork at 350 C, pour over before, during and after, turning meat over constantly
    - pan fry or sear fish and pour lightly over your fish in the last five mins of cooking. Use the ziploc to easily spread the sauce lightly and consistently.
    - cut smaller slits for lightly dressing your meats
    - cook with ANY stir fry dish.
    - pour over steamed veggies
    - even add in salads and soups
    - also on rice and asian noodle dishes!
