Easy Microwavable Chocolate Ganache

  • Place half a big bar of milk chocolate in a microwaveable safe bowl with around 40ml of double cream.

    Place in the microwave for 1 minute and then mix. If there are still lumps of chocolate place in the microwave for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.

    If you are going to place it on cakes leave it to cool for 5-10 minutes so it hardens and isn't too creamy and slips straight off of the cakes.
