Step 6: last you have to put on powder blush or cream blush.Eyebrows Eyebrows Step 1: first you have to line your brows with a brow pencil make sure then pencil matches your eyebrows. Step 2: next you have to fill in your brows with a brown color shadow or a brow pallet and make sure the color matches your brows once again. Step 3: then you have to get a white shadow and line the bottom of your brow with it and don't make it to vibrant.
