These are just a few of my favorite nutritional low carb snacks I like to snack on when I'm trying to avoid overloading, usually on unhealthy food, when I'm hungry!
Graham crackers with cream cheese and grapes may sound strange but it's delicious!
Apples and cheese has to be my favorite out of all of these, because the apples beat your sugar cravings while the cheese is giving you a good amount of calcium. This helps you feel fuller longer!
My last favorite breakfast/hunger snack is yogurt and strawberries. Again this snack will leave you feeling full longer due to is packed protein. This is the perfect power food to wake you up in the morning!
