Easy Low Fat Pancakes- Only Two Ingredients!

1. Take a over ripe banana and two large eggs
2. Peel the banana and put it in a small/ medium bowl
3. Use a fork to mash the banana well
4. Add the eggs
5. Beat well until a almost smooth consistency
6. Fry in a oiled pan like a normal pancake, put on a plate, add butter and syrup or sugar and enjoy!
This recipe makes 4 pancakes
There you go: simple easy instructions. I am gluten free (not by choice) so this makes for a yummy protein filled meal.
