Easy Low Fat Pancakes- Only Two Ingredients!

  • 1. Take a over ripe banana and two large eggs

  • 2. Peel the banana and put it in a small/ medium bowl

  • 3. Use a fork to mash the banana well

  • 4. Add the eggs

  • 5. Beat well until a almost smooth consistency

  • 6. Fry in a oiled pan like a normal pancake, put on a plate, add butter and syrup or sugar and enjoy!

    This recipe makes 4 pancakes
