I know this is repetitive, but it's fundamental. Cut back on fast foods, Tim hortons and Starbucks included. I'm guilty of an addiction to frappucinos, but if you want the fat gone, the high calorie snacks and beverages have to go with it. Just say 'no' and you'll feel good about it later, I promise
