A delicious fruit smoothie is the best highest of our morning. It just tastes so yummy and is wonderful healthy snack that kiddos can make along side us mums. Heres one easy peasy recipe that your kiddies will love.
600mls of chilled orange juice
400mls of chilled apple juice
5 large tbsp of yogurt
Remove peel and cut fruit place in a bowl or blender.
Add the yogurt and apple juice and mix with a whisk till combined. Pour the smoothie in a tall glass and don't forget to add a straw.
