Corn meal triples in size once cooked so it is very filling because of its expansion in liquid ! 👍 Required ingredients: Small pot, corn meal, vanilla, coconut oil, & water.
Step 1) measure out 3 tbsp of corn meal Step 2) pour 6 tbsp of water into the pot & boil the water Step 3) once water is boiling, add the 3 tbsp of corn meal Step 4) stir until water dissipates and the corn meal is thick and creamy. Step 5) once corn meal is creamy/smooth, remove from heat.
Part 2: Step 1) add desired amount of coconut oil (I prefer to add about 1 tbsp) Step 2) flavor the corn meal according to your preference. My favorites are the lemon crystal lite & peanut butter.
As you can see, the corn meal is a actually quite healthy! 💪😋
