In a medium saucepan caramelize 3/4 cups sugar on medium heat to a golden color *note If too brown you have burn the sugar
Immediately pour caramelize sugar in to baking dish. Set aside
In a blender combine rest of ingredients eggs, evaporated milk, sweetened condense milk, and vanilla extract.
Optional: to change the taste a little, Can add 1/2 tbsp of instant coffee 2-18 oz cream cheese Flavors are endless
While ingredients in blender mixing, pre-heat oven to 350F. Pour mixture in the baking dish.
In a large pan place covered flan mixture. Cover bottom of pan with hot water about 1" deep. Place in oven, bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes or until center pick comes out clean. Let cool. After place flan in refrigerator over night or until set (about 4hrs).
