  • Start boiling your rice for about 7-10 minutes approximately

  • Add your Velveeta (cut into chunks) and Rotel to your beef and let it melt down until all chunks of cheese has disappeared (it will get a little sticky and tuff to stir)

  • Once your rice is fully cooked, add it to your beef mixture and stir. Start layering your pan with the tortillas. Once you are ready pour your mix on top of the tortillas. Once you have one layer covered. Start another layer of tortillas. (Repeat until all of your mix is gone)

    Place a last layer on top of your mix and sprinkle w| cheese.

    Place in the oven on 350 for about 10 minutes.

    Serve Hot. Add a dollop of Sour Cream and Salsa Viola !
