    4. 40 rail push-ups

  • DAY 2

    1. 40 min workout on Exercycle
    2. 30 walk out lunges
    3. 40 squats
    4. 20 crunches
    5. 10 per side cross over crunches
    6. 20 dips

  • DAY 3

    1. 40 min workout on cross trainer
    2. 30 walk out lunges
    3. 50 squats
    4. 30 dips
    5. 40 rail push ups
    6. 3❎15 second elbow planks

  • DAY 4

    1. 10 ❎ 2min sets of jump rope
    2. 20-30 min of cardio (your choice)
    3. 30 walk out lunges
    4. 50 squats
    5. 40 curls per arm with resistance rope
    6. 20 lateral raises per arm with resistance rope
    7. 30 dips

  • DAY 5

    Circuit:
    1. 10 squats
    2. 10 walk out lunges
    3. 10 burpees
    4. 10 mountain climbers
    5. 10 dips
    6. 15 second elbow planks
    7. 3 min jump rope

  • FLAT TUMMY WATER

    Ingredients:
    1.5-2 Ltrs of water
    1 whole cucumber (sliced)
    3 tbsp lime juice
    Handful of mint leaves

    Add to water and leave in fridge over night, drink all the next day
