  • May seem like a lot of stuff to do but it's just to get you introduced to each type of exercise. start with 1 week of these then increase the amountof reps you do per week so that you are building up your strength and ability (1st weekstart with 1 rep a day then do 2 reps the next week, 3, 4, etc)
