  • Start by cutting 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Then whisk together 1egg and 1 cup milk in bowl and coat chicken pieces in mixture.
    Start by cutting 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Then whisk together 1egg and 1 cup milk in bowl and coat chicken pieces in mixture.
  • Mix one cup flour, 1tbs garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1tsp pepper in a shallow bowl. Coat chicken pieces evenly in flour mixture. In a skillet, add enough cooking oil to evenly coat the bottom. Heat skillet to medium high heat. Add chicken to skillet and fry for 6 min turning half way through.

  • In a small sauce pan on medium heat add 4 tbs butter and and either 1cup franks red hot or 1 cup BBQ sauce. For hot sauce only since the sauce is so thin, bring to a boil, then let simmer on low heat stirring frequently until sauce has thickened slightly. You can also use other sauces.
