Low carb berry smoothie
This smoothie is a refreshing and tasty breakfast on the go! With only 14.9* grams of carbs, this smoothie is delicious and nutritious.
125gm of frozen mixed berries (8.7* grams carbs)
75gm of reduced sugar berry yoghurt (4.1* grams carbs)
1 cup of raw spinach (1.1* grams of carbs)
80mls of coconut cream (1* gram of carbs)
*This carb count is from the specific products I have used, different products will have different amount of carbs.
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well until all the chunks are gone. Water can be added if the smoothie is too thick - just add in small quantities until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
