Easy And Healthy Raspberry Crapes With Vanilla Greek Yogurt Filling.

You Will Need:
1 cup of healthy pancake mix
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. honey
2/3 cup of almond milk
1 tsp. raspberry extract
1/3 cup of vanilla Greek Yogurt
Fresh sliced strawberries
And a healthy syrup alternative
Mix crape ingredients together until no lumps remain.
Spray pan with coconut oil or olive oil
Pour mix in pan in a circle shape
Flip crape when it is golden
Remove from pan when golden both sides
Add Greek yogurt
Fold crape in half
Top with fresh berries and strawberries
