Easy & Delicious Hot Wings For Any Occasion

For the Wings sauce:
1 1/2 cups hot sauce or 1/4 cup
1 1/2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
3/4 tablespoon garlic powder
3 pounds chicken wings
3 ounces (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Rinse the wings under cool water and pat dry. Put them in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season well with salt and pepper. Toss to coat with the seasoning. Then spread the wings out on a baking sheet and roast about 25 minutes until wings are done.
Melt the butter in a small bowl. Combine the hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, cayenne and garlic powder in a large bowl and mix well. Add the wings to mixture. Make sure all wings are covered with the wings sauce.
