• Drinking 5 cups of green tea - no added sugar
• Having a big breakfast such as oatmeal with honey and poached eggs on toast
• limit food that is processed, no sugary foods or drinks
• walk for at least 1 hour each day, find a nice place to walk to
• light dinner, try to stop eating by 8 but snack on fruits etc
• for snacks you can actually have popcorn but just air cooked no butter added
• nuts or great aswell
• get plenty of sleep
• stay motivated
