Wet Ingredients: Finely Chopped apple - 1/2 cup Milk - 80 ml Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
Cooking: Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
1. Combine Dry Ingredients well. 2. Add in Wet Ingredients and mix well. Don't over mix. 3. Heat up the pan in medium low heat with the coconut oil.
4. Scooped up one heaping tablespoon of batter and place the batter onto the pan. Spread it into a circular pattern or any shape desired. Tip: Don't spread it too thin or it will be tough to flip over later. 5. Flip pancakes. 6. Serve the Apple Pie Pancakes with Pure Honey and Fresh Fruits.
