  • I mix it up after the first week, by swapping wall sits for 20sec planking with the aim to be able to hold a 45sec plank in 3months :)

    - planking works the core as well as your legs, arms, back, shoulders... Pretty much the whole sha-bang!!! Trust me, you'll feel it when you try it haha x
