I've just started the Dr. Oz rapid weight loss diet because of all the good reviews. This is the smoothie you drink in the morning & it actually tastes good.
2 tablespoons flaxseeds
2 tablespoons rice protein powder (I couldn't find rice protein powder, so I just used Six Star protein powder)
1/2 cup frozen berries (I used mixed berries)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
The flaxseeds don't get crushed up, but it still tastes fine.
Just blend everything together & drink for breakfast🙂
