A healthy diet. This is so so important for hair growth, as it is for healthy skin. Think.. If eating fatty greasy foods all the time makes you break out in spots, what is it doing to your hair without you realising?

Scalp massages play a huge part!!
When shampooing your hair, massage your scalp for at least one minute to stimulate your scalp and increase blood flow to the surface of the scalp to help hair growth :)
Coconut oil is magic!
Put massage coconut oil into your scalp down to the ends of your hair, hold your head upside down for 4 minutes, leave on for at least a further 2 hours (longer if possible) then wash and condition as usual. Do this every day for maximum hair growth
Never ever brush your hair when it is wet! Your hair is at it's weakest when it is wet, so if you brush it, it will stretch an snap. Only use a wide toothed comb.
Biotin is a wonder product!
I personally have been taking these for 2 months and my hair has grown at least 5cm. Amazing! To avoid break outs, start with 1000mcg and work your way up to 10,000mcg. If you just can't wait to use the 10,000mcg, you will have to drink ALOT of water to prevent break outs. I mean like 10 pints a day.
Argan oil is great for keeping your hair healthy and strong.
Depending on hair length and thickness, apply 1-3 drops into towel dried hair (ONLY ON MID LENGTHS AND ENDS) then dry and style as normal, or you can heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds then massage it into your scalp through to the ends of your hair and leave on as long as you can, if I have no plans I sometimes even leave it in for a few days.
This is an amazing home made hair mask. You can also add lemon juice to make it smell a bit nicer :')
I use this mask once or twice a month and I leave it on for 2-6 hours or overnight depending on plans.
